Human Resources Director, Leadership Team
Thaddeus “Ted” Figlock has been working as a professional in human resources for over 15 years. He is a Society of Human Resources-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is studying to take his Senior Professional exam. Ted has been a HR leader in non-profit, healthcare, and manufacturing environments.
Ted embraces the SHRM Competency Model of Human Resource Expertise, Ethical Practice, Leadership and Navigation, Business Acumen, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Communication, Global and Cultural Effectiveness, and Relationship Management. “Human Resources is a vital concern for all modern, proactive organizations,” stated Ted. “A strong focus on proper human resource competencies protects and grows the non-profit organization while taking care of the people who are taking care of the mission.”
Ted graduated from Providence College with a bachelor’s degree in English and from Lesley University with a Masters in Management. Ted is committed to lifelong learning in order to stay up to date with everchanging regulations and best practices.
Ted is a resident of Taunton, MA since 1970. He is proud of his four grown children – Thaddeus, Jocelyn, Samuel, and Vera. Ted’s hobbies include reading, hiking, ham radio, and exploring New England with his girlfriend, Lisa. Ted also volunteers with the Bristol County Regional Coalition for Suicide Prevention.
