CAPP's LIHEAP offers assistance to eligible Providence residents only... to assist with the rising cost of home heating. Residents who do not have oil or utility services should contact CAPP to see what programs are available to assist them.

Primary Grants are based on income, family size, fuel type and minimum delivery requirements.
