Phareth was born in Cambodia and came to United States in 1980 with her mother and sister. She is a graduate of Central High School and continued to Providence College with a Bachelors in Health Policy & Management in 1999. Currently she is a Manager, Human Resources Business Line at AAA Northeast and has been working there for past 15 years.

She resides in Cranston, RI and stays busy and active with three young daughters; keeping up with their school activities and being physical active whenever possible.

Phareth has done some volunteer work with the Center for Southeast Asian Center with their summer programs and co-facilitated a class with the Parents Advocacy Engagement Program. She has a passion for helping people and have chosen a career in helping employees at AAA Northeast.

She loves this opportunity to continue to help and service the community with programs offered by CAPP organization to be able to enrich the lives of many others.
