Acting President & CEO, Leadership Team
Originally from Puerto Rico, Elizabeth moved to the Bronx in her teen years before moving to Rhode Island in 1999. In her 17 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Accounting, she has worked for the Rhode Island Department of Health and as a SNAP Eligibility Technician for DHS before moving to CAPP.
At CAPP, she is currently serving as the Acting President & CEO.
Beyond CAPP, Elizabeth is a proud mother of three and the owner of Fitness For Me, where she helps women determine and achieve their fitness goals. She has extensive educational achievements including her Fitness Certification from Penn University, a Sports Nutrition Coach Certification from NCSF, and a Master Trainer Certification in Chronic Disease Self-Management from Stanford University. She is currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Human Resources from Johnson & Wales University.
